1. Introduction Xiao Bao Xia Chu ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Tianjin Chenchuang Internet Technology Co., Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use the Xiao Bao Xia Chu mobile app. We comply with the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC, the Cybersecurity Law of the PRC, and the Data Security Law of the PRC. 2. Information We Collect We collect the information needed to run your account and personalize your meal plans: - Account: your phone number, plus optional language and unit preferences. - Household & dietary profiles: for you and each family member you add — age, gender, height, weight, calorie targets, allergies, foods to avoid, health conditions, taste preferences, and any notes you write. - Content you create: meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, photos you take or upload to create recipes or estimate carbs, and feedback you submit. - Basic technical data: app version and error logs, used only to debug the app. 3. What We Don't Do We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers. 4. How We Use Your Information We use your information to: - Generate personalized meal plans, recipes, nutrition estimates, and grocery lists. - Power AI features — meal-plan generation, Photo-to-Recipe, and the in-app assistant. - Maintain your account and enforce fair-use limits. - Respond to your support requests and improve the app. 5. AI Processing Xiao Bao Xia Chu's AI features rely on third-party AI model providers. To generate results, the relevant data — such as your household's dietary profile, your chat messages, and any dish photos you upload — is sent to these providers to process. Under our agreements with these providers, your data is not used to train their models. Please don't submit information you would not want processed this way. 6. How We Share Information We don't sell your data. We share it only with: - Service providers who operate the app on our behalf: SMS verification (Alibaba Cloud), AI model providers, and cloud hosting. These providers are contractually required to protect your data to the same standard we do and may only use it to provide services to us. - Authorities, when required by law. 7. Data Storage & Security Your data is stored on servers within mainland China (Alibaba Cloud, Beijing). It is encrypted in transit and kept while your account is active. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect it. When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed. 8. Your Choices & Rights You stay in control of your data: - View and edit your household and dietary profiles anytime in the app. - Change your language and unit preferences anytime. - Delete your account from Profile in the app, which permanently erases your data. - Request a copy of your data by emailing info@cosmeal.com.cn. 9. Children's Privacy Xiao Bao Xia Chu is intended for adults managing a household. You may add family members, including children, to build meal plans, but children do not have their own accounts. The app is not directed to children under 14 for independent use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. 10.
